Jeju Shinhwa World, a resort complex, is celebrating summer with a special culinary promotion featuring seasonal seafood from Jeju. At the Korean restaurant 'Jejuseon', dishes include delicacies like abalone and sea cucumber, caught by Haenyeo (traditional female divers), and fish like flounder. Summer dishes are enhanced with local ingredients like seaweed and a special bibim sauce. Special ginseng chicken soups will be served on Korea's traditional summer days: Chobok, Jungbok, and Malbok. The Chinese restaurant 'Seonghwajeong' offers a 'Water' promotion, featuring a diverse menu including Jeju seafood hot and sour soup and matcha cold noodles. "Landing Dining" hosts a live tuna cutting show every Friday and Saturday, and the Michelin-starred brand 'Yongfoo' provides Ningbo cuisine from China.
