South Korea's low-cost carriers (LCCs) are launching their largest annual airfare discount promotions. Typically, LCCs open their flight schedules twice a year, offering up to 99% off. Promotions include airlines like Eastar Jet, which will hold its 'Super Star Festa' sale, offering up to 99% discounts across 23 routes from March 30 to October 25. Air Premia will have its 'Promise' sale for routes such as Los Angeles and New York. Travel demand remains strong, with record numbers at Incheon International Airport during the recent Seollal holiday (Lunar New Year).
