Korea-Taiwan Tourism Exchange Meeting Participants Experience Mokpo's Culinary and Cultural Delights

The 38th Korea-Taiwan Tourism Exchange Meeting was held in Mokpo, South Korea, organized by the Korea Association of Travel Agents (KATA) and the Taiwan Visitors Association (TVA). Over 200 key tourism representatives from both countries attended. They explored Mokpo's famous cuisine, including a culinary performance featuring 'min-eo', a specialty fish dish, and toured main attractions such as the Mokpo Marine Cable Car and the Modern History Museum, known for popular drama filming. Efforts are underway to develop joint Korea-Taiwan culinary tourism courses and expand visitor exchanges.
