Daejeon City Dance Troupe Celebrates 40 Years with 'Millennial Dance-Daejeon' Performance

The Daejeon City Dance Troupe will showcase its tradition and artistic achievements accumulated over 40 years with the performance of 'Millennial Dance-Daejeon' on October 28th. The event will be held at Daejeon Yeonjeong Kukakwon Grand Theater and will feature the works of eight past and current artistic directors, offering a comprehensive view of Korean dance aesthetics and the troupe's identity. The performance will include various traditional Korean dances such as 'Salpuri', 'Janggu Dance', and 'Fan Dance', reflecting the diverse emotions and aesthetics of Korean dance. The final act will be the 'Namdo Sogo Dance' by Artistic Director Kim Pyungho, showcasing vibrant and spirited movements that encapsulate 40 years of the troupe's journey.
