Signiel Seoul's modern French restaurant, STAY, will present a special menu from June 23 to 25 in honor of Chef Yannick Alléno's visit. Chef Aurelien, who recently joined as the new head chef, combines his 25 years of fine dining experience with Chef Alléno's philosophy to create unique dishes specifically for STAY. Unlike the usual fusion French style using Korean seasonal ingredients, this special menu focuses on classic French cuisine enjoyed in Paris. Comprising eight courses, it captures the essence of a 'Summer Blossoming French Art' theme, featuring dishes like lobster cooked in butter with cognac-infused bisque. Chef Alléno will personally greet guests, and from July 1, the menu becomes a regular offering.
