Signiel Seoul's modern French restaurant 'Stay' is hosting a special menu event from the 23rd to the 25th to celebrate the visit of Michelin star chef Yannick Alléno. The new menu, curated by Stay’s new head chef Aurélien, combines his 25 years of experience in fine dining with Yannick's philosophy, focusing on classic French cuisine. The event features an 8-course meal themed 'The Art of French Summer', including dishes like a 'summer in the forest' starter, butter-cooked lobster with cognac-infused bisque, and a strawberry tart. Chef Yannick Alléno will greet guests during these days, and the special menu will become a regular offering from July 1st.
