KORAIL Tourism Development, alongside the Korean Buddhist Culture Business Group, is organizing a 'Temple Stay Train Tour' on June 29. This day-trip allows visitors to experience serene temple life, recharge among eight temples across Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk provinces, and visit local markets for cultural experiences. The train departs from Seoul and stops at temples such as Mangyeongsa in Yeongwol and Guinsa in Danyang, with activities including meditation and cultural workshops. All participants receive vouchers for local markets, aiming to support regional tourism recovery and promote cultural exchange.
