The city of Yangju in Gyeonggi Province has kicked off the 8th Yangju Hoeamsaji Royal Festival with an opening ceremony at Okjeong Lake Park, featuring a reenactment of King Taejo Lee Seong-gye's procession. This festival celebrates royal traditions with a parade in traditional attire and various events, including city parades and night performances, running until October 15th.
