An exhibition titled 'Yangyang Hwakan' features design products inspired by the works of Simjeon Ahn Joong-sik, known as the 'last court painter of Joseon' (a Korean dynasty). Over 60 pieces including framed artworks and scarves, designed by his great-granddaughter, Jung Sunghye, will be showcased in Seoul's Yeol gallery from the 7th to the 16th. These pieces are influenced by Korean folk art, decorative arts, and the fusion of old and new, East and West, reflecting the transitional period of the late 19th to early 20th century.
