‘Glow Seongsu’ Opens as a Global Culinary Hub in Seoul

On June 5th, 'Glow Seongsu,' a global culinary curation space in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, officially opened, garnering significant interest. Spearheaded by the renowned F&B figure Yoojungsoo, the project presents an innovative culinary experience. The opening featured performances by notable chefs, including Ji Sun Jung and Michelin-starred chef Allen, offering various global delicacies. The venue, appealing to the MZ generation (millennials and Gen Z) and industry influencers, gained rapid attention on social media. Unlike typical pop-up stores, Glow Seongsu continuously evolves with rotating local brands from around the world, offering a dynamic gastronomic journey. Currently, it hosts ten international brands, providing distinct day and night dining experiences. Glow aims to keep introducing new pop-ups and brands, establishing itself as a culinary landmark in Seongsu.
