Insuni Shares Excitement for Participating in 'Yeowoorak' Festival

Korean singer Insuni expressed her excitement about participating in the 'Yeowoorak' festival at the National Theater in Seoul. Yeowoorak, a major summer festival focusing on Korean traditional music, will run from July 4 to 26. This year's theme is 'Rediscovery of Folk Songs', where various artists will reinterpret traditional Korean folk music (Minyo) in collaboration. Insuni, alongside other artists like jazz singer Woongsan, will perform traditional Seodo Minyo, which she finds uniquely challenging. Director Hee-moon Lee, known for breaking tradition in his folk performances, has brought together over 200 artists for this year's festival.
