The Barista and Sommelier Department of Sejong Cyber University recently operated a booth at the 'Kyungchun Line Gureong Forest Coffee Festival', enhancing their expertise and practical experience. The event saw participation from over 20 coffee-producing countries and local popular cafes, attracting around 100,000 coffee enthusiasts. Students extracted various coffees and provided expert descriptions to visitors, earning positive feedback. Professor Eom Kyung-ja highlighted the importance of such experiences for students aspiring to become experts in the coffee industry. The department plans to continue offering practical experiences and contributing to the growth of K-Coffee culture.
