Spicy Flavor Sensation: Ottogi Launches 'Spicy Gim-mari'

Ottogi has introduced a new spicy version of the traditional Korean snack 'Gim-mari' by adding Cheongyang chili peppers for extra heat. Gim-mari, typically seaweed rolls filled with glass noodles, is a popular side dish often paired with Korean street foods like Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes). The product highlights the trend among millennials and Gen Z towards spicier flavors. It uses Korean seaweed for a nutty taste and Ottogi's signature glass noodles for a chewy texture. The new 'Spicy Gim-mari' can be easily prepared in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 11 minutes.
