Topics include personal experiences with fermented foods, diet management tips, unique recipes, lifestyle changes, and NaturenDream's fermentation philosophy. Prizes totaling 9 million KRW (Korean Won) are available, with 300,000 KRW awarded to the grand prize winner. The contest aims to promote healthy living habits through fermented foods. NaturenDream's new products include items like fermented pork and beef noodles, real fermented breads, and fermented vegetable drinks, all showcasing their philosophy of healing through food. Fermentation is praised for improving food quality and offering health benefits, such as aiding digestion and reducing unhealthy food components. NaturenDream plans to continue expanding its fermented food line.
