The 4th Temple Food Festival took place at aT Center in Seoul, with 20,000 attendees over two days. Organized by the Cultural Corps of Korean Buddhism, the festival aimed to promote the value and tradition of temple food, which has recently been designated as a national intangible heritage. The event featured master monks sharing the philosophy behind temple food and offered cooking demonstrations and tastings. Young adults showed significant interest, with 57% of registered visitors being in their 20s and 30s. The festival included talks, meditation sessions, and hands-on cooking experiences with dishes like mushroom stew and spicy tofu.
