The Plaza Hotel by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts is offering a 'Welcome Seoul' package tailored for foreign tourists. The package includes a one-night stay in a deluxe room, two T-money transportation cards (with a 5,000 KRW credit per card) featuring limited editions such as a king's seal (traditional Korean seal used by royalty) or The Plaza's skyline, and two mother-of-pearl hand mirrors (traditional Korean craft item). Guests can use these cards for easy access to popular Seoul attractions like Insadong and Bukchon Hanok Village (a traditional Korean village). This package is available until December 31, with additional benefits like free access to the fitness club and swimming pool. The cost is 325,000 KRW plus tax and service fees, with a 20,000 KRW discount for web members. Previously, The Plaza offered the 'Wanderlust Korea' package, which included Korean cultural experiences such as premium hanbok (traditional Korean clothing) rental and a private photoshoot, indicating a growing interest from foreign guests in traditional Korean crafts and culture experiences.
