Jeju Province is accepting applications for 'Jeju Pork Retail Certification' to enhance brand value and consumer trust in Jeju pork. Restaurants specializing in grilled pork and Korean dishes like bossam (boiled pork slices) and jokbal (pig's trotters) are eligible to apply if they receive 100% of their pork supply from Jeju's livestock companies. The province will conduct evaluations based on facilities, hygiene, and operations to select certified retailers. Currently, 308 certified locations operate, with 216 within Jeju and 92 elsewhere.
