Daegu City Traditional Music Band Hosts 'Beauty of Korean Dance Curves'

The Daegu City Traditional Music Band will present the 'Beauty of Korean Dance Curves' performance on June 10 at the Daegu Culture and Arts Center. The Korean Dance Team, led by coach Chae Han-sook, will perform traditional dances such as 'Taepyeongmu' and 'Gyo-bang-salpuri'. 'Gyobang Salpuri' is a sophisticated dance expressing feminine grace, distinct from the emotional 'Salpuri'. 'Hallyangmu' is a reinterpretation of a solo dance from the traditional 'Madang-geuk'. The show concludes with 'Seoljanggu Dance', featuring lively percussion that varies based on region and performer.
