Alice Dalton Brown, known as the 'Painter of Light and Wind', is having her first retrospective exhibition in Korea. It takes place from July 13 to September 20 at The Hyundai Seoul's Alt.1 gallery in Yeouido, Seoul. The exhibition showcases around 120 paintings and over 40 drawings, including studies of pieces in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Brown’s work captures everyday light and landscapes, particularly through her 'Window Series' and 'Lake Series', which became iconic images for her art. Her paintings are popular as interior art for their bright and calming aesthetic. Tickets are available with a 30% discount until July 12.
