Electric Vehicle Camping Festival to be Held at Seoraksan National Park

The '2025 Electric Vehicle Camping Festival' is set to take place on the 7th and 8th of this month at the Seoraksan National Park campsite in Sokcho, Gangwon Province. Organized by the Ministry of Environment and LG Hello Vision, the festival aims to combine electric vehicles (EV) with nature camping experiences under the theme of enjoying camping while protecting the environment. The event will include EV brand exhibitions, environmental lectures, performances, and upcycling DIY activities for approximately 500 participants. Highlights include eco-friendly camping lectures by YouTuber Su-Hyun Lee, children's film screenings, and a romantic concert featuring popular Korean artists. The second day will feature a 'plogging' event (a combination of jogging and cleaning up litter) and the 'Challenge EV Golden Bell' quiz on electric vehicles. Participants will have the opportunity to test drive the latest EV models by Hyundai and Kia, promoting eco-consciousness.
