K•FISH Chef Expedition to Promote Korean Seafood Globally

The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of Korea has launched the 'K•FISH Chef Expedition' to promote the excellence and value of Korean seafood worldwide. Renowned chefs Andre Rush from the US and Fabrizio Ferrari from Italy are joining the expedition. Rush, famous for his appearances on various TV shows as a 'Korean Food Evangelist', and Ferrari, known for his work on culinary shows and as a 'Food Ambassador', will showcase Korean seafood at events in Hawaii and Milan later this year. The expedition aims to enhance the image and awareness of the K•FISH brand by collaborating with these prominent chefs.
