Lotte Hotel Seoul is offering a summer special menu featuring nutritious ingredients at its restaurants until August 31. The Chinese restaurant Dorim presents courses like 'Paljin Naengmyeon', a dish with eight ingredients including sea cucumber and abalone. For lunch, there is a dish using 'byeongo', a fish known for its high status, while dinner features a nourishing menu 'Chufuk Bulldojang' containing dried abalone. The Japanese restaurant Momoyama offers the 'Natsu' course, with dishes such as freshwater eel tempoyaki and croaker hotpot. The Korean restaurant Mugunghwa provides a summer course including 'Imjasutang', a cold dish made with chicken breast, mung beans, and ginseng, and 'Jingujeolpan', a royal dish of vegetables and meat in wraps. Customers can switch the main menu to Pyeongyang Naengmyeon (a cold noodle dish) with an additional charge.
