Iksan Mireuksaji, once the largest temple in the Baekje Kingdom, was home to crucial historical artifacts. An exhibition at the National Iksan Museum showcases 112 pieces of ancient Chinese ceramics found at Mireuksaji. The exhibit explores the nuances of Chinese ceramics produced by various kilns like Yue, Yaozhou, and Jingdezhen. It highlights the trade and cultural exchanges between China and Korea, featuring a display of both Chinese ceramics and Korean Goryeo celadon. Running until August 31, this exhibit provides insights into international exchanges and the tea culture of ancient Korea.
