Salvo, a renowned Italian contemporary artist, known as the 'traveling painter,' presents his first solo exhibition in Korea at Gladstone Gallery in Seoul. The exhibition 'Salvo, in Viaggio,' showcases Salvo's paintings depicting landscapes and imagined scenes from his travels across the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Asia. The works, featuring vibrant colors and simple structures, span from 1988 until his death in 2015, capturing his relentless observation and affection towards unfamiliar worlds. The exhibition allows viewers to follow Salvo's journey and explore different times, places, and memories through his surreal paintings. It runs until July 12, with free admission.
