Beer Prices at Oktoberfest Reach Record High

The world's largest folk festival, Oktoberfest in Germany, has seen beer prices rise to 15.8 euros (approximately 24,700 Korean won) per liter this year, up from last year's 13.6-15.3 euros. Non-alcoholic drink prices have also increased by around 3%, with water averaging 10.95 euros. Munich officials review vendors' pricing to ensure they align with local pub prices. Last year, Oktoberfest welcomed 6.7 million visitors, consuming 7 million liters of beer, and this year's festival runs from September 20 to October 5.
