Lotte Mart Launches 'Real Draft Beer' with Cold Chain Delivery

Lotte Mart has announced the exclusive distribution of a canned beer called 'Real Draft Beer' (500ml) at all its outlets, catering to the consumer trend for freshness. Unlike typical beers, this product contains live yeast as it bypasses the filtration process, giving it a unique quality. However, it has a shorter shelf life of 6 months compared to regular beer. To maintain its quality, Lotte Mart will use refrigerated trucks for delivery from the brewery to stores, and the beer will be kept refrigerated on display. The price is set at 3,800 KRW per can and 11,000 KRW for a pack of four.
