In 2007, Tae-joo Na faced a dire health crisis, diagnosed with biliary peritonitis and acute pancreatitis, both severe conditions affecting his internal organs. Despite doctors evaluating him as nearly unsalvageable, Na found strength in what he refers to as 'self-healing power'. This realization began after he started drawing, finding joy and positivity in small achievements and creativity. Through cultivating this positive mindset, Na unexpectedly survived his illness, published a new poetry collection, and advocates self-healing through positivity and self-belief for others facing hardships.
