Suhyup (Fisheries Cooperative Federation) organized 'Seafood Day' at the Marine Corps headquarters, offering free seafood lunch to 400 soldiers. The menu featured dishes like mulhoe (spicy raw fish soup), grilled eel, octopus and shrimp salad, and more, prepared by professional chefs. In addition to serving meals, the chairman of Suhyup handed over a 10 million KRW donation to the Marines. The initiative aims to maintain the supply of domestic seafood to the military, given potential reductions in seafood supply due to increased outsourcing of military food services.
