Nongshim Partners with Chef Song Haslam to Launch 'Seasonal Kalbimmyun'

Nongshim has teamed up with Chef Song Haslam, who appeared on Netflix's 'Black and White Chef', to launch 'Seasonal Kalbimmyun'. This special dish features Nongshim's Baehongdong Kalbimmyun with seasonal ingredients like chamoe (Korean melon), asparagus, cucumber, hwangtaechae (dried pollack strips), and yukjeon (pan-fried beef slices). It will be available at Song's restaurant 'Mama Lee Market' in Seongsu-dong from the 26th as a summer special. A limited edition of Baehongdong package pouches will be given to the first 300 customers. Chef Song Haslam describes this dish as a unique culinary experience, blending spicy and sour flavors of the noodle sauce with the sweetness of chamoe and the crispy taste of hwangtaechae, enhanced by yukjeon's rich flavor.
