The Nowon Cultural Foundation in Seoul, Korea is strengthening its global cultural connections by planning to feature art exchanges with Amsterdam in the Netherlands and Tainan in Taiwan. This includes hosting a light sculpture festival and inviting world-renowned dancers to perform in Nowon. Notably, the Nowon Art Museum is currently exhibiting works by notable New York artists like Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko, along with future plans to showcase prominent Korean artists later in the year. The foundation, led by Kang Wondea, aims to create a city rich in culture by fostering communication among artists, local government, and residents.
