The ElLysian Gangchon Resort in Chuncheon, South Korea successfully hosted its 'Bread Market in the Forest' event on June 25th, attracting over 25,000 visitors. Last year the inaugural event drew about 10,000 attendees, prompting a second event this year. The festival features a variety of breads available for purchase and tasting, a flea market, live busking performances, camping experiences, and free lift rides. In response to last year’s high demand, over 30,000 breads were prepared for attendees. Challenges such as limited parking and traffic were addressed by encouraging the use of public transportation. Due to the community's positive response, ElLysian Gangchon plans to host another market in October. The resort aims to boost local economy and support small businesses through these events.
