Sofia Mitsola, a London-based artist, presents her first solo exhibition in Korea titled 'Astropoodles' at P21 in Itaewon, Seoul, from March 31 to July 12. Her work explores identity and desire through the character 'Astropoodles,' highlighting the fluidity of gender and self with poses that defy gravity. Inspired by diverse visual cultures, Mitsola's exhibition features transformed bodies and narratives of self-liberation, mixing elements such as feminine shapes and mythical symbols. Mitsola aims for viewers to experience inner self-expression through interaction with her art.
