Chef Edward Lee is launching a new collection of recipes with Korean fast-food chain Mom's Touch, to be released next month. The collection includes 'Edward Lee Big Thigh Boneless Chicken', 'Edward Lee Beef Burger', and 'Edward Lee Thigh Burger'. The boneless chicken features a bourbon-based sauce, while the burgers are seasoned with a special bacon jam. These new dishes aim to offer Lee's signature flavors to South Korean consumers who cannot visit his restaurants in the U.S. Edward Lee expressed his interest in casual dining and highlighted the opportunity to connect with more people through Mom's Touch's wide presence in Korea. The collaboration is set for pre-order on February 10 and official release on February 18, with nationwide availability by March.
