The 6th Global Yeongdo Coffee Festival is taking place at Amire Park in Yeongdo, Busan from October 23 to 25, offering a unique sensory coffee experience. The event features 150 booths by 90 companies, including 11 international coffee firms and embassies based in Korea. Attendees can partake in activities such as 'Omaca Cafe' where coffee experts demonstrate brewing methods and share stories. Additionally, the 'Yeongdo Coffee Salon' presents open discussions and lectures by coffee professionals, including sessions on homebrewing. The festival also hosts the 'GPCC in Yeongdo,' a coffee tasting competition to find the best coffee taster, drawing participation from across the nation. This year, the festival embraces global coffee culture with expanded international booths, allowing visitors to sample global blends and enjoy the vibrant coffee atmosphere of Yeongdo, now blooming as a coffee city.
