Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra's CEO, Jung Jae-wal, has announced the development of a 10-year roadmap aiming to match the stature of the Berlin Philharmonic. With strong support from Seoul city and growing global interest in K-Classics (Korean classical music), Jung believes the Seoul Philharmonic can become a leading global orchestra. Plans include creating a dedicated concert hall within the next decade, enhancing the orchestra's structure by studying foreign orchestras, and increasing collaboration with talented Korean musicians to promote K-Classics worldwide. The roadmap will be officially announced in July.
