Korean instant noodle brand Nongshim is making strides to expand its presence globally, particularly with its flagship product, Shin Ramyun. The company is employing strategic marketing and establishing overseas branches to penetrate international markets. Notably, Shin Ramyun advertisements can now be seen on water buses in Venice, a popular mode of transport for both locals and tourists in Italy. Additionally, Nongshim has established a European branch in Amsterdam to enhance its market operations in Europe, including product development suited to local tastes. Furthermore, Nongshim launched its first 'Shin Ramyun Bunshik' location near the Machu Picchu tourist site in Peru, offering a hands-on ramen cooking experience and exhibits about the brand's history and products. This effort marks Nongshim's continued drive to introduce Shin Ramyun at iconic tourist locations worldwide.
