Recently, they diversified into smart dining technology through 'J-Cos,' developing a 'Smart Kitchen Module' with unmanned cooking automation. This system automates frying, rancidity measurement, topping, and handling of new and waste oils, enabling 24-hour unmanned operations. JK Global targets expanding exports of this technology, focusing on domestic and global markets.
