Pyeongchang Naked Marathon Kicks Off on February 1

The Pyeongchang Naked Marathon will take place on February 1st in Daegwallyeong, Pyeongchang-gun, South Korea. Participants will compete in 5km and 10km courses despite freezing temperatures close to -10°C. The event is expected to attract around 1,000 domestic and international runners. While male participants will run shirtless, female participants will wear sleeveless or short-sleeved t-shirts. Coinciding with the Daegwallyeong Snow Festival, attendees can also enjoy various ice sculptures and winter activities like sledding and ice curling.
