Lotte Hotel & Resort is offering a special collaboration menu by Italian and French chefs at their buffet restaurants for the promotion 'Summer Flavors of Europe.' Running through June, this event will be hosted at Signiel Busan 'The View,' and 'La Seine' at Lotte Hotel branches in Seoul, World, Jeju, and Busan. Italian chef Sebastiano Zangregorio presents Southern Italian dishes like 'Summer Zucchini Parmigiana' and grilled octopus, while French chef Frederic presents home-style French dishes like 'Scallop Vol-au-vent.' These diverse offerings include appetizers, main courses, and desserts, available for a one-month period starting June 1.
