Andrew Moncrief, a Canadian artist, presents his first solo exhibition in Asia titled 'Moment Point' at the Gana Art Center in Hannam, Seoul. Moncrief's paintings delve into the invisible emotions and existence, using fragmented representations to symbolize incomplete presence. His works focus on queer identity, masculinity, and body idealization. Influenced by American artist Philip Guston's use of familiar symbols, Moncrief redefines painterly language amidst digital imagery excess and changing social identities. The exhibition runs until June 19.
