Lotte Hotel & Resort is launching a summer promotion called 'Summer Flavor of Europe' featuring Italian and French cuisine by foreign chefs. Available in June at their buffet restaurants in Busan, Seoul, Jeju, and others, the promotion includes authentic southern Italian dishes by Chef Sebastiano Zangregorio and home-style French dishes by Chef Frédéric Ery of Pierre Gagnaire Seoul. Dishes include items like 'Summer Zucchini Parmigiana', grilled octopus, and 'Scallop Vol-au-Vent'. These special menus offer a diverse culinary experience akin to a European journey right in the buffet settings.
