Everland, a major theme park in South Korea, is collaborating with the popular Japanese manga 'One Piece' for its summer Water Festival starting on July 20th. Visitors can expect exciting themed areas and activities including F&B zones and pool parties featuring One Piece characters. This marks the first large-scale collaboration between Everland and One Piece, aiming to align the water-themed festival with the nautical adventures of One Piece. The park will have attractions such as water slides suitable for families, and themed zones in its Caribbean Bay water park. This collaboration is part of Everland’s strategy to enhance its IP partnerships, previously working with Hello Kitty characters and the Moomins. This trend of theme parks collaborating with global IPs is growing, with Lotte World also partnering with Pokémon for its spring festival and planning more themed events.
