'Udo Peanut Patbingsu,' which features a variety of ingredients like red bean paste, injeolmi (Korean rice cakes), dried persimmons and more, is served in traditional Korean brass bowls and wooden trays, reflecting the hotel's growing popularity among foreign guests. The ice cream topping is made from Udo peanuts ground by the chef for a rich taste, and has quickly become popular by doubling the sales compared to fruit bingsoo. This initiative aims to offer a rich cultural experience of Korean dessert traditions to visitors.
