Inje Daemisan Yongneup Eco Tours to Resume

In South Korea's Inje County, the tours of the Daemisan Yongneup, known as the 'treasure of the natural ecosystem,' will resume from April 16 to October 31. Yongneup (Dragon Pond) is the nation's only high-altitude wetland, located at an elevation of 1280m, and its name derives from a legend about a resting dragon. Featuring rare flora and fauna, it is designated as a natural preservation area. Two tour trails are available: Seohyeong-ri Trail and Gaari Trail, each offering unique natural attractions. Eco tours can be booked online, with strict limits on visitor numbers to preserve the environment.
