Paradise Group is partnering with renowned Korean chef Mingoo Kang, who has elevated traditional Korean cuisine into a world-class dining experience. Kang, whose restaurant 'Mingles' is the only Michelin 3-star establishment in Seoul, will collaborate with Paradise on expanding upscale Korean dining globally. This will include setting up an R&D center in Seoul for knowledge transfer about fine Korean dining and ingredient research. Paradise also plans to launch the country's most luxurious hotel by 2028, featuring high-end unique dining experiences. Mingoo Kang is expected to be a key figure in this project, bringing his expertise to the table. This initiative aligns with Paradise's vision of promoting Korean culinary arts and supporting young chefs in the industry.
