Paradise Group Partners with Michelin 3-Star Chef Kang Min-goo for Fine Dining Korean Cuisine

Paradise Group has teamed up with Michelin 3-Star chef Kang Min-goo from 'Mingles' to enhance the competitiveness of fine dining Korean cuisine. On November 9th, at Paradise HQ in Seoul, CEO Choe Jong-hwan and Chef Kang Min-goo have pledged to invest in and collaborate on Korean fine dining. Chef Kang is renowned for modernizing traditional Korean ingredients such as 'jang' and seasonal produce. Following this partnership, they will pursue projects to promote Korean ingredients, nurture talent, and enhance networks. Paradise plans to open a 'Paradise R&D Center' in July to research fine dining techniques and ingredients, with Chef Kang overseeing the kitchen design, menu development, and quality control. Additionally, they aim to introduce Korean ingredients globally at the luxury hotel restaurant opening in 2028. Chef Kang emphasized the importance of deepening Korea's culinary culture and promised to contribute to high-end Korean dining cuisine. Paradise CEO Choe expressed hopes to elevate Korean cuisine's status and support for future chefs through long-term infrastructure support.
