Lotte Property & Development hosted a 'Show Me The Office' event on May 10-11, inviting employees and their families to experience office spaces in the Lotte World Tower (a skyscraper in Seoul). The initiative is aimed at fostering a sense of belonging and pride in the company, and promoting a family-friendly corporate culture. Lotte Property & Development has been recognized by the Ministry of Gender and Family and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for its efforts in work-life balance and family-friendliness.
