Jeju Dream Tower, a multi-complex resort, has opened a new Shanghai cuisine restaurant called 'Blue Dragon' on its 38th floor. The restaurant offers stunning panoramic views of Jeju City and Hallasan (a volcanic mountain on Jeju Island). The name 'Blue Dragon' represents good fortune, highlighted by blue lighting and features tables suitable for various dining settings, including round tables for larger groups. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Monday evenings.
'Blue Dragon' features a modern take on traditional Shanghai dishes using local Korean ingredients like Jeju black pork and seafood. The new chef, Woo Won, with 17 years of experience, has been hired for this opening. This restaurant completes the set of four major Chinese cuisine styles available at Jeju Dream Tower, including Shandong, Guangdong, and Sichuan featured in other existing eateries.
