Ulsan is set to develop a large-scale marine tourism complex in Sinmyeong-dong, including a hotel and golf course. With private investment of 700 billion won, the project aims to be completed by 2028. The 'Whales Cove Ulsan Tourism Complex' will cover 1.5 million square meters and focus on family-centered, healing-themed health tourism. Facilities will include a hotel, condos, senior welfare center (Alive Center), racing experience park (Speed Theme Park), and an 18-hole golf course. The project will enhance accessibility with infrastructure improvements like expressway expansions.
