On September 8, visitors at Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul, where the queen once resided, explored exhibition spaces that recreate her lifestyle. To mark the 30th anniversary of its restoration, Korea's Cultural Heritage Administration has specially opened Gyotaejeon to the public. For the first time, the attached pavilion, Geonsungak, showcases immersive videos themed around Bukhwa (a type of mural painting on paper or silk placed on walls).
